How can ONESIM operate in almost every country?

  • ONESIM is a carrier that has international roaming agreements with other carriers worldwide.

Will I be able to make local and international calls with my ONESIM plan?

  • Yes! But it will depend on the plan purchased, some plans include a small amount of credit to allow you to make local and international calls for emergencies. You can also add more credit on the Travel Mobile website.

  • If you need more credits to make local and international calls, just log in to your account on our site and request a recharge.

Making a call

Turn on your phone and once your phone registers on an available network, it is ready for use.

  • Dial “+” followed by Country code, area code and telephone number.
  • You must enter the country code even when making a local or national call, in addition you must eliminate the leading zero from the number when there is one.
  • Press the call key and wait.
  • After pressing the TALK/SEND button you will see a variable message on the screen (for example 'Wait for call') which you can ignore and your phone will ring back in a few seconds.
  • Answer this ring as you normally would answer any incoming call.
  • Your call will then be connected.

Do ONESIM plans have unlimited internet?

  • No, all plans offer LIMITED internet.
  • If you consume the data package you can purchase another package.

What happens if I consume the entire plan franchise, do I run out of internet, or does it slow down?

  • By consuming the entire mobile data package the internet ceases to function.

Can I share (hotspot) my ONESIM internet with another phone?

  • Yes you can! ONESIM allows you to share the internet with other devices.

When installing the ONESIM SIM, will I need to set up the phone?

  • If your phone has current OS updates and Data Roaming is enabled, you may not need to set up your phone.

  • But if you need to follow the steps below, depending on the operating system of your phone.


If your carrier allows it, you can view the settings and APN from the following locations:

  • Settings> Cellular> Cellular Data Options> Cellular Network
  • Settings> Mobile Data> Mobile Data Options> Mobile Data Network

Then fill in the following information:

  • APN:
  • User: Leave blank
  • Password: Leave blank

Press the Home button to save the APN and exit to the main screen. Now restart your phone and see if the internet is working.


Before you begin, make sure your Wi-Fi is turned off and your phone is not in Airplane Mode.

  • Click Settings> Networks> Mobile Networks> Access Points

Then click the Top menu under Add hotspots and fill in the following settings (upper and lower case):
